Shipping & returns

You have the right to return an item within 14 days, without giving any reason. Within this period you may view and/or judge the article, unless otherwise stated.

The entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever comes first. The entrepreneur uses for reimbursement the same means of payment that the consumer has used, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

When purchasing an eSports controller, you can return the item free of charge without giving reasons. For all other articles, the costs of the return shipment are for the account of the consumer. Free returns are only possible for consumers from the Netherlands.

You can only return the article if:

• the article is complete and undamaged.
• it is in the original state and factory packaging.

You make use of the right of return by contacting us by e-mail. Send us an e-mail with your order number and your reason for return. We will then send you a return label. With the shipping label you can return the package via PostNL.

Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Consoleskins is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.

The amount is within a few days (maximum 14 days) after processing the return on your account. Is it more than two weeks ago that you returned something and your return is not processed in your balance, please contact us via e-mail.

For an order over € 25, - you pay within the Netherlands and over € 150, - to Belgium, no shipping costs. If the order after returning is less than the amount for free shipping, shipping costs will be charged. Are you returning your entire order? Then the shipping costs will always be refunded. Unless you have opted for fast delivery (€20), this is a service that is not credited.

For products that are manufactured based on individual choice or decision of the consumer, or that are clearly meant for a specific person, a different return policy applies.

Exchanges

Exchanging an item for another item from Consoleskins, counts as a new order. You return your old order within 14 days after receipt and pass on your new order as usual.
